Our Aims

The Burslem Regeneration Company Ltd was created in 2003 to guide regeneration in Burslem Town Centre with the support of the North Staffordshire Regeneration Partnership. Meet the Board (116Kb pdf)


Our aims are to:

  • Create new jobs, new opportunities, new homes, and new quality places for people to live work and visit.
  • Develop a unique commercial core.
  • Maximise Burslem’s natural features and the towns heritage.
  • Provide services to support our community.
  • Improve accessibility to the Town Centre providing links to our surrounding communities.
  • Ensure the re-use of vacant sites and buildings in Burslem Town Centre.
  • Improve the skill levels of our businesses and community.
  • Encourage heathly living and sport.
